Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Name of the Immigration form

I am US citizen and my husband is Canadian. We just got married. At first, which form should he fill out in order to get his Social Security Card and his Temporary Green card.? And where should he has to send it to?

I appreciate your feedback..

Here is some feedback: You must file a petition on behalf of your husband, and he must simultaneously file an application to adjust his status and get his work authorization BEFORE you can even count on his getting a social security card and temporary green card? Find a good immigration lawyer and he will instruct you further. This is presuming that your husband entered the United States legally. Good luck!

You may find out more about the process here:

It's also best to discuss this with an immigration beforehand to avoid any problems that may arise in the future.
