Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

love and want this to happen

I have finally meet someone that I want to spend the rest of my life with, he has no papers for here and we are trying to take care of that for him but we really want to get married now. Not to sure how things like this will work and what we should do if we have to wait or if we can go ahead and do this.We want to get married in Mexico frist and then here in the USA but if we dont have his visa can he come back home here with me or do we have to wait?

Hi,

Not much information in this fact pattern.

Crucial questions: 1) what is your status in USA; 2) how and when did your friend arrive in USA; 3) has he ever been deported; 4) has he been arrested and/or convicted for any crimes or is he otherwise ineligible for immigration benefits in USA; 5) is your upcoming marriage "genuine" and not for immigration purpose; 6) what do you mean "we are trying to take care of that for him"; 7)thus, does he have any immigration applications/petitions pending now; 8) does he have a copy of his immigration file, already, via a FOIA; and 9) will his present residential location and that of your upcoming marriage affect the process in terms of consular vs USA processing, which visa(s) may be applicable, etc.

I would really need more information on this one to even begin venturing some ideas on such a fact pattern.

You should likely consult an attorney versed in the above questions who can take your intake and review your and your friend's relevant documents.
