I am sorry to learn of your troubles. You can do nothing about his citizenship; it's done. If you bought a home while married to him, he has a claim to it. You need a Family Law attorney, not an immigration lawyer.

I advise you of the same as the other attorney: consult with a Family Law attorney, licensed in the State in which you live. Unfortunately, you cannot do anything about his immigration status now. Good luck!
