Chicago apartment robbed twice in 3 mths, 2nd time catastrophic

Renters policy $15K

Left Illinois for florida week later d/t fear

history: 9 mths prior 7/3/13, was date rape victim by drug dealing gangster; terrorized everyway imaginable since

police negligent and apathetic

Again find self in position dealing w/flawed system

6/27/14 partially deposed by FL attorney to determine claim validity

7/1 will complete deposition

Need advice. Do I need florida or illinois attorney? probably too late but feel deposition making me look like crazy person rather than good person being tormented by crazy people and system.

the claims, if any, are based in Illinois. you need an attorney up there. too late to change the "deposition" you had. if really deposed was there a pending lawsuit somewhere? hire an attorney asap. your fact pattern is disjointed and not clear. if you have some claim against the renter's insurance, you need an attorney familiar with that type of litigation.
