condominium issues

i live in a condominium and the people above me have done some water damages in both of my bathrooms and they claim too not have any homeowners insurance and they havent offered to fix the problem and im not sure where to turn can you help?

The condo association often maintains insurance for this. Check with them. If the damage came from bad pipes, for instance, thiose pipes are the condo association not the condo owner usually.

You can always bring a claim, regardless of whether they have insurance or not.
