Employer overpaid me after termination
My daughter's employer in Florida, Retoration Hardware, continued to pay her for several pay periods after she resigned. She a letter of resignation to her HR department and made another effort to inform them she not longer is entitled to a paycheck after she continued to receive pay. They have stopped sending her pay and now want her to repay. In the letter to her they admit to erroneously paying her the additional pay. Is she legally required to return the money? This occured in Florida.

Yes she is. She knew it was not hers and now they are entitled to return of the funds.
