Receiving pay late

For tiw pay periods in a row my employer has not deposited our paychecks on the day we are meant to be paid. Last time it was 5 days late. Is there a law that protects employees against this?

Florida does not have an express statute that governs your situation, but if you are not being paid wages you are owed (including overtime) at all, then you should contact an attorney to determine what your rights are.
