Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I work for a bank I recently resigned. They refused to pay a performance bonus because I will not be an employee by the time it will be paid.

This is a new policy not informed and not included in the employment handbook. Can I still claim the bonus?

I probably would still think you are entitled to it. Hire an employment law attorney to evaluate the case and file suit, if you win you not only get your bonus, but your attorneys fees and court costs.
