Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I work as a massage therapist for a corporate chain. I am paid commission only and the daily schedule shows my performance. We are required to clock in and out and I forgot to clock out one day in the two week pay period. My employer withheld that day's pay from my paycheck. Is that legal?

Are they going to pay you the next pay period instead? Would not be legal for them to just not pay you.
