The apartment complex where I was staying threw all of my things out of the apartment I was moving out of with no eviction I visited the apartment on September 20 and they threw everything away on the 23rd I found out that Monday the 26th that all my things were gone I called a officer out and was told I didn't have an eviction and her only explanation was that she (the manager) had got my apartment which was 132 mixed up with apartment 126 I need to know what can I do my whole life basically got thrown away

You have a claim against them for their negligent removal and destruction. Start working on figuring out all items that are now missing. Seek some legal help. You cannot effectively handle this claim on your own. Your lease agreement will be a critical part of the claim. If it provides for attorney's fees, this will help you get an attorney on board.
