Can i be arrested for throwing someone out of my house since they dont wanna leave peacefully

If you do it by self help with force yes you can be arrested. Evictions must be done through the courts.

you need to file a 3 days notice of eviction or if they are not paying rent and y ou have no lease, then you need to file an ejectment.
