how do i get (now ex-) boyfriend out of my house?
no job, no sharing of expenses, he's on probation and has not seen p.o. but 2 times in 6 months, he's a freeloader and pathological liar....tried to do this in a mature, civil way, but it's impossible for me to continue on with this any longer...going to work is so difficult for me 'cause i don't trust him in my house...how do i get him to leave without turning him in to his p.o.?

You need to evict him. I recommend that you contact a landlord/tenant attorney in you area immediately.
