Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My boyfriend of two years is planning on moving in with me. I am 65 and he is 70.
Is there anything I would need to protect myself if the arrangement does not work out?
I own the house free and clear and we would share all expenses .

Seek some legal advice. You may want to have a written lease agreement which you can terminate as needed should the arrangement not work.
