Cancel a lease contract (rental condo) in Florida
My prospective tenant signed a lease contract. I--name removed--waiting for the respond from a buyer (tomorrow) and based on his respond will make my desicion if i want to rent or not. during which period i can cancel a lease contract? My real-estate broker is waiting that i fax a signed contract to submit to my condo association for the approval. Can i cancel contract if tenant is approved by condo association?

No. Once you sign and send it in it is a binding lease subject to its conditions.
