Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My current apartment complex gave me my lease renewal for 200.00 less than what my current rent is. After we signed the lease and turned it back in, she is now stating that amount was incorrect and is raising the rent and shredded the legal document. Is there anything I can do regarding this? I am 2 weeks from my lease being up and I don't see how that is my fault. I based my decision to stay off of the new rate she gave.

Unless the lease was signed by both parties, it wont be enforceable. The fact that they presented the lease and you signed it alone and they did not, likely means you cannot enforce it. That said, your written communications with them may, in fact, add up to an agreement. have them reviewed by an attorney.
