Commercial evicition is the same time as residential. Once the 3 day notice is given, the landlord can file a petition with the court in which you will receive 5 days to respond (5 day summons). If you do not respond within those 5 days, the landlord can ask for a default judgement and writ of possession. The entire process takes around 4 weeks to to complete if uncontested. Evictions must go thru the court in FL. A landlord cannot just force you to move out.
