Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Can my fiance remove me from our home if my name is on the lease. She has left with our daughter for five days to live with her mother,she has come back from time to time to pick up clothes. I have no family and no were to move, she is trying to push me out, can she have me remove against my will or do I have rights.

If the lease is in your name you both have a right to possession. Sounds like you need an attorney to review it to determine your legal rights. You may want to take the first action.
