when filing a response letter for eviction summons can i request the return of security deposit,not to pay land lourdes legal fees and time to vac

You can ask for whatever you want, but if you don't pay the arrearages due if that the basis for eviction, you wont get to argue any of that in court. If the lease was terminated, you can claim these rights, but they are subject to proof. The time to vacate issue is not something you have as a right at all.
