Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I have a friend whose drug addict son will not leave her apartment and the police say they cannot throw him out due to her letting him stay there on and off. He is not on the lease and is not an tenant. What are her options?

Action for ejectment. If successful, court will issue order to Sheriff to remove him.

If he paid rental of any sort he could be evicted. If not, Mr. Slater is accurate ejectment is the only option. She needs an attorney to handle this type of case
