Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
just was handed a notice of for non-renewal of lease i have been looking diligently living in a house renting a room week by week occupants alcoholics, one in particular has been belligerent w me i have documented police reports of domestic dispute need time to move . What do i do ?

If you have a written lease that document controls. You need to have it reviewed by an attorney. The answer on what to do, is find a new place OR work out a deal with the landlord to allow you stay for some more time. The issues you bring up don't help your situation other than suggesting that you would be better off somewhere else. good luck.
