I am an heir on my mother property my mother will was invalid in court. My sister has became the personal represenative and she is evicting me out of the house. I paid the 2014 property taxes. Also i do not have a oral or witten agreement. My mom name is still on the house. Can my sister evict me

If she was appointed PR, yes. You are still both a beneficiary and a creditor of the estate. You should file a claim.

If no will, was property homestead? if not, it will pass by intestacy laws. if it was than it passes by statute and constitution. You really need an attorney. I think you have asked this question a couple of times, but you are still missing major facts. Can she evict you as part of the probate? Possibly.
