Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

i took someone in my home to provide safe housing for them 5 months ago. it hasnt worked out. What if they refuse to leave? They havent paid anything nor could they.

Depending on your facts, unlawful detainer or ejectment is your remedy. You cannot evict as he is not a tenant.

Ask them to leave and if that does not work then ejectment.
