Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Can my landlord file an eviction and force entry via a motion to enter since they breached a renewal agreement?

In FL, landlords/tenants must give 60 days notice to renew or not a lease, they emailed me accepting my renewal offer and 10 days prior to lease ending, they gave me a non renewal notice and want me to leave within 30 days. My legal pal was working out a prorated agreement, but they reneged @ last minute and now want full rent plus late fees and served 3day notice due this Friday with a notice to enter my apt. any day next week & time next week. Found new legal pal paid him to file to stop eviction, did not do it and now he wants more money. I am worried that they will force entry and continue with the eviction. I just want to move out by the end of month, pay money owed with a proper agreement to vacate, yet new lawyer will only help if I litigate for breach of contract and rent determination hearings. I feel duped as I paid and hired a lawyer to protect me and stop the eviction and to put my money in escrow to show good faith, and now I have to fight them again on my own. Plz help

Your attorney needs to follow your desires. If they are not, you likely need yet another lawyer. Impossible to answer your questions or give you advice without seeing the current lease agreement. Not sure you get the time you want AND not sure what time frame we are in now. Are we still in the 30 days time to leave per notice from the landlord? You really need to discuss this with an attorney with all your facts.
