Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My landlord is notorious for not fixing issues with the house. Took 2 years to get the holes in the roof fixed. Now there is a pipe that has burst under the house. I would like to know what my rights are and what he is required to do.

He is required to fix it. If not, then either 1. Move or 2. take him to court . Look up landlord/tenant law in Florida. there are many things that can take place.
