My landlord shut off the electric, then the water, the threw my things outside and changed the locks. Are there lawyers who will help me on a contgency basis. Doug Miami FL

No, not usually for landlord-tenant cases. But, you should be able to recover your court costs and attorney's fees from the landlord. You could either handle it yourself or contact a local legal aid organization.
