Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Is there a new law in FL that states a tennant must pay the homeowners association if the landlord is behind in the association fees? If so does it also state the associaton can evict the tennants if we continue to pay the landlord? If we pay the association and not the landlord can the landlord evict us?

Depends on what you lease states. If the landlord is not paying then the HO can foreclose on the condo and thereby evict you.
