Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I live in a mobile home park and I received a letter stating that I harassed people at the pool, (of which did not happen) and that I will face repercussions. They stated that I also have called for patrol to come to the pool for no good reason and that also will cause repercussions. I did call when something or someone should not have been there. What rights do I have? Can I ask who said this against me?

You need to follow the rules of the park. Someone should review those rules with you. You can certainly respond to the letter clarifying your position with regard to the allegations. It does not matter who said what it only matters that you need to clarify misstatements of fact, if any.
