Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

i am living 90% below the poverty level i have guardianship of my oldest daughters 2 children. i let them move in with offers of help when my husband was dying. since he has passed they have been threatening me are verbally mentally and emotionally abusive. now im worried that it will escalate into something physical. i have repeatedly asked them to leave my house and gotten more threats and abuse. they know i dont want their kids back in foster care. they are not on my lease pay no bills and double my cost in running my house. both are recovering iv drug users. i went to the courthouse to get the ejection paperwork but do not know how to fill it out. how do i fill this out? keep in mind i have no money to pay for advise

The clerk should help you fill out the paper work. However contact the Legal Aid in your county and they will help you. Also you should first and foremost get on the phone and call Elder Abuse. Have them come out and remove these people ASAP from your home.
