Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Is the management liable?

I live with my daughter in her apartment. Recently she said after noticing a brown spider in her bedroom and other bugs in the apartement she called the manager's office to have it sprayed. No one was sent to spray it. Sometime later she was bitten by an insect or bug. After the bite began

to get worse she went to see a doctor. She was told that

she had been bitten by a poisonous brown spider and is now

suffering from the infections of the bite. Until this day

the management has sent no one to spray the apartment. This

has happened in a two week span and counting. Is the management liable ?
