Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I own a mobile home in a park where I pay lot rent. Recently, the manager advised me on the street corner one evening that my dog (NOT on the aggressive breed list) had committed an aggressive act in the park and would have to leave. Several days later I requested a formal letter of the incident and have not yet received one. The manager refuses to provide any details of the alleged act and said the complainant wishes to remain anonymous. What options do I have?

The landlord must go through the judicial process of eviction to kick you out. He will have to show evidence that your dog did what he and the anonymous complainant allege. Just in case, you should consult with a lawyer.
