Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I was, previously, evicted from my apartment when I lost my job. I told my apartment that I lost my job and couldn't pay my rent and I would leave the apartment. I don't know how to fix this, since I need to rent an apartment in 60 days. Will a landlord be willing to rent to me again? I have a great job now, but I am worried I will have to live in my car since no one will rent to me.

The existence of one eviction should not make it impossible to rent. Someone may want more money or more security or rent for shorter period of time, but you should be able to rent.
