Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

my question is about evictions.my landlord pulled a fast one on me and messed me up for life.i was selling a motercycle for 8500 so my landlord offered to purchase it and put the money toward my renewed lease..so we made the deal and got everything notarized but two days later i had and eviction notice on my dopr.citing my for having a fish tank and the lease states no pets..i tried to fight it but here in florida the landlord usually wins all evictions so now i have this on my record for life is there anything i can do to help my recope my money for my motorcycle or get this eviction off my record..thank you

The eviction cannot be removed. You should have fought it at the time. Fish are pets? The lease would have controlled. As for recouping your money if you did not receive the complete price through rental that you were to receive, I believe the landlord can be sued for the balance. Seek legal help. how long ago did this occur? There is a 4 year statute of limitations on oral contracts
