Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I currently rent a home in Orlando, FL I have 6 months left on my lease and my father became very sick and had a massive heart attack that ha s left him unable to care for himself. What are the legal issues i face in having to go back to missouri and my lease still active?

You need to review the lease to see if there are any options for terminating early. If not, you need to discuss it with the landlord and see what they are willing to do to allow you to leave early. Best of luck with your father.
