Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

hi, I need help. I rent a house for the last 4 years to a couple. there is no lease agreement.the couple has problems , she has left the husband 2 times from the residence and has come back again. Friday she called the police on him (she is crazy)so he left to avoid going to jail. he pays the rent and the electric and is responsible for the upkeep of the house. she now says she will not leave unless by a judge. but she doesn't pay anything. how do I go about getting her out? trespassing??he is in the process of a divorce, but I need him as the tentant and he wants to stay there but he cant because of her.. any help is greatly appreciated

You would have to terminate her tenancy and evict her.
