Im renting a place that has no lease and i helped someone out and let them stay with me and now that i told him that he had to go he refuses and tells me i have to evict him. What do i have to do to get this man outta my house? And will it cost me anything? Citra,Fl

You would need to evict him if he paid you rent and now refuses. if he never paid rental, you may need to file an ejectment action. all of this will be expensive. seek legal advice locally.
