Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I have just been served a Summons: Personal Service on an Individual.

It seems the owner of the condo my wife and I rent hasn't paid the HOA fees for some time.

The owner has not renewed our lease and we pay on a month to month bases.

How do we stand? Can we be evicted? Please help.

If the owners are foreclosed then you can be evicted, but it's not likely to happen until after the court proceedings have concluded, which could be a while, depending on what the owner does after he is served.

If you have a true month to month lease, then you can typically vacate with at least 15 days notice.
