Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

We signed a lease for the term of three years for a Condo in Florida, and it is coming to term on the 30th day of April 2010. We do not wish to renew and would like to provide the proper length of notice to the Lessor. So my question is : how long written notice do we have to give?

Thank you for your time and expertise!

Look in the lease. It will be there. The time can vary from lease to lease. It may not even have a renewal provision.

See what your lease agreement states. Most state that you must notify in writing at least 30 days prior to termination of your lease. Be sure to send this certified mail.
