Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
So,I have a month to month Verbal agreement, LL decide to return my month that he has check long time ago with a cashier check, and he says he wants me out..I been a good tenant, I know he was trying to sell the house.

Landlord must give you 15 days notice to terminate your lease even if it is verbal.
