In the state of Florida, can i sell rental property, a single house, that is occupied, and has a one year lease still remaining?? i was told i could not, until the lease is up.

You can sell subject to the lease. You cannot terminate the lease unless there is language in the lease allowing you to end it early.

You can sell, but the buyer takes the tenant.
