Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I took tenancy in a home effective June 1st, it is with a landlord/owner directly. The home had some issues regarding a screen, light fixture etc. that was promised to be fixed before move in and was not. Since then the home has become muggy had a leak in the roof and countless other MAJOR issues, brought to the landlords attention. He has sent out contractors not listed as licensed on the states (FL's) website. The issues remain. The humidity in the house is between 60-85% at all times, even after I bought a 200 dollar dehumidifier, the landlord is unreasonabledo I have grounds to break the lease.
