Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

We have a condo in Florida. On the same site a Rental Company operate by renting out owners condos if the owners join a 'rental pool'. The Rental Company customers use office space and all amenities (heated swimming pool, tennis courts, club house etc.) but pay nothing towards their customers usage of what are considered to be common areas and paid for by all condo owners. Is there any legal way the Rental Company could be requested to pay for any of this.

The Condo Docs and rules and regulations will control. The rental company is simply renting owner's condos right? The owners do pay for the common areas right? You want the renters to pay, in addition, to the owners? I suspect you are going to have problems with this requirement. I suggest you seek help from a condo association attorney
