Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Florida

legal malpractice

My sister had a injury at work and the employer had no workmens comp as their ad represented. She hired a lawyer and was unable to work for 5 years and still can only work part time but suffers for it. The employers lawyer told my sister's lawyer that the employer had died and that there was nothing in the estate, but his insurance company would settle for 13,000 dollars and she ended up with 7,000 after lawyers fees. Turns out that the employer did NOT die and we have records from the attorneys requesting a death cert. from his lawyer, this after they have testified to the Florida Bar that they never represented the employer was deceased. We need to know how to find a lawyer to represent her that will be keeping her interest on the forefront and also work on contigency since obviously she is not wealthy. They have struggled because of her being unemployable for so long and she has DR. statement saying she is disabled due to the injury. The employer and his attorney must go to the same country club, because they committed fraud, what do we sue for and who do we sue. Her lawyers didn't do their jobs either. Big Mess, any suggestions?
