Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

Hello, I am 24 years old now, but when I was born, the doctors had to put needles in my head. It was removed, and unfortunately left me with my head keloid and another scar? Is there anything I can do?

If the treatment you required required the needles and they left the marks, there likely is not any type of claim. You should consult with an attorney with your medical records to be sure.
