Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida
My son-in-law died in Lawton, OK - off base - due to misdiagnosis and treatment while in the U.S. Army - according to his autopsy report. Would a medical malpractice or wrongful death suit have to be filed in OK, and what is the statute of limitations on such a case?
