Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

I have been taking Norvasc (Amlodipine besylate) for years as prescribed by my primary care doctor.

My dentist tells me this med is responsible for my overgrown gums.

My dentist insisted I stop this med immediately. My doctor replaced this med with another.

Too late, the damage is done.

My dentist told me he will not work on my teeth until I get laser gum surgery to cut the overgrowth.

Problem. I called around asking how much this procedure costs. I learned this procedure costs about $750.00 a tooth. I still have 32 teeth. Oh, my God!. I do not have $24,000.00 for the procedure! My dental insurance, with dual coverage is limited (about $1,600/yr. combinded).

Without laser surgery, I cannot fix a bunch of cavities I have below the overgrown gumline.

Without laser surgery, these cavities get more painful everyday ( very painful to cold and sweat).

Without laser surgery, I am doomed to spending many years in agonizing pain (while my teeth rot)!

Any suggestions? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need to see an attorney who does medical negligence. Three possible claims here: Drug company, primary doctor, and dentist for not seeing the condition earlier. See www.FL-PI-Lawyer.com to read about medical malpractice claims.
