Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I just got a used car (still paper plate) so at that time it wasn't register in my policy yet, and it was parked in a parking lot and there was an accident on the front street, one of the cars involved in the accident hit my car. I received the exchange of information from the police and contact both insurance companies of the two drivers, one of them sent a adjuster and gave me a total loss in my vehicle, but now they said any of the insurance wanted to pay, what can I do, how can I procede.

If the insurance companies are refusing to pay even though there actually was coverage and the other parties are in fact responsible, you may have a claim in court.

Please call me at 1877 70 MUSIL if you'd like to discuss this case further.

Thank you.
