Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I was injuryed at work 18 months ago, company no workmans comp, I went through health insurance. Had 3 surgery on my hand still is not right, what are my right now if I wanted compensation?

If your company was supposed to have worker's compensation insurance, but it did not, then you may have a claim against your employer if there was some negligence that caused your injury.
