Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I kmow, this is going to sound stupid. I am a bell ringer for goodwill and work outside of a Walmart in Ocala, FL. The wind came up and blew the goodwill sign on top of me. I have bruises and am sore. Is it possible to sue or either Walmart and goodwill?

Are you employed it a volunteer? If employed you are likely entitled to workers comp. if not the issue will be whether the sign was properly set up or whether someone breached their duty. The party who failed set it up properly may be responsible in negligence. You need to contact an attorney
