Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

If your a landlord being sued by your tenant because she locked herself out on the second floor balcony and jumped off balcony into a kiddy pool and broke both her ankles her lawyer is saying the door lock was the wrong lock to have on the door and that they didn't have a key There was a window into the house but she Is claiming she couldn't break it and also she had a 3 year old daughter in the house We have a lawyer from the homeowners insurance but they are sueing for more then insurance will pay Does she have a good case ? Do I need a second lawyer to help win this case ? Any help would be greatly appreciated she wants my whole life's savings
