Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
I live in FL in a gated community. I have an evil neighbor who called animal control and lies to them saying my beautiful westies are unleashed on the golf course just to hurt me. My husband also recently passed away so i'm alone. He hates me. We/I hate him too. I/We have a civil suit against him. I told animal control he's lying to you. This is too much they seem to believe him and not me. Does animal control even have the right to say anything about dogs being unleashed on private property?
